Cancellation policy
Unpaid reservations will be cancelled by the conference office 4 weeks after they have been made. The conference office must be notified in writing of cancellation of registration. Please send possible changes for registrations and cancellations by email:
- 75% refund for cancellations received before 30 July 2024
- 40% refund for cancellations received before 15 August 2024
- No refunds after 15 August 2024
Please note that due to the current workload, all reimbursements will be processed after the conference.

- Price: CHF 100 per ticket
Please note each TRC-30 registration (normal and student) has already included your access to both gala dinners (Sunday and Tuesday). Each TRC-30/MFTS joint registration (normal and student) has already included your access to four gala dinners (Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

For registration, please fill in the registration form below. A payment link will be provided upon submitting the form. A confirmation letter about successful payment will be sent automatically.
When I try to finish the payment, I saw the message “Sorry, an unexpected error occurred while processing your request.
